SELLECT BUYER CASH BACK

 

Ask the "Higgins Team" (Agents, Victor and Suzanne Higgins) to represent you for the purchase of any "resale" home listed by any realty company or any "new construction" home built by any builder in Metro Atlanta and receive up to 1% cash back of the contract sales price from Sellect Realty, with the approval of your lender. 

The rebate may be applied toward your purchase price or the closing costs on the Settlement Statement or a rebate check may be handed to you at closing.  The choice is yours on how you would like to receive the rebate.

Because the seller or the builder will pay all commissions, you do not pay any commission.  Buyer representation by Sellect Realty will be free to you.

  

                                                                  CASH BACK REBATE PROGRAM

Rebate available to you on the purchase of any residential home in Metro Atlanta with a sales price of more than $100,000 listed on the FMLS and/or Georgia MLS and For Sale by Owner homes offering a commission to buyer's agents.

Sellect Realty is able to offer the cash back rebate if you assist in searching the home of your dreams.  You will be provided access to all properties listed on the multiple listing services from Sellect Realty's website for your search.  Your participation in the search process reduces costs for Sellect Realty and, thus, the savings can be passed on to you.

Victor and Suzanne Higgins will arrange tours of homes that you wish to be shown along with any that you would like included to be shown from the ones they find for you that fit your criteria.

You will be eligible for the 1% rebate for a home found and sold from ten (10) homes or less that Victor and Suzanne have given you personal guided tours.  The rebate will be reduced to 1/2% when the number of homes shown are between 11 and 20.

On a new construction home, you will receive your rebate from Sellect Realty in addition to any discounts or promotions offered by the builder.

The nominal transactional fee of .0012 of the contract sales price that FMLS charges you, the buyer, will be deducted from the rebate amount.

A Buyer's Brokerage Agreement will require your signature in order for Sellect Realty to represent you in the purchase of real estate.  Georgia State law prohibits a real estate broker from representing a buyer without the written agreement.

The Terms and Conditions form will require your signature for your acceptance and agreement to the Cash Back Rebate Program.
